Every since we first met you won my respect. You were conscientious and hard working. Your quiet and calm manner impressed the colleagues around you, including me.
Later on in our relationship I learnt what a kind and generous man you were, giving freely of your time and care.
Over the years I would like to believe we became close friends; it was a deep and painful surprise when you were no longer with us.
I'm going to miss your genuine care and concern, I'm so sorry to lose a friend like you.
